Tobin Anderson, whom you may remember from leading FDU past Purdue, is out.

So what exactly does this mean?

"With the impact of NIL changing college basketball in ways no one could have imagined, Iona feels the need to shift the direction of our men’s basketball program. This requires an overhaul of our entire business model and program structure.”

It means that when you have to give money to players and you barely have any money spending a huge chunk of it on a single employee isn't good business.
