Interesting juxtaposition of OU mentions in widely different periodicals the past week.  In Rolling Stone's Roger Ailes article, it was mentioned that he attended Ohio University with interests in drama, a grounding for his political approach.

Car and Driver featured pics of the Burrito Buggy and Campus Sundry in their article on the Civic SI.  They test on roads in the area frequently.  Had the pleasure of going along and being a guide for them a number of times in the 90's.  They even featured the DiDi Mau Classic Mountain Bike Race when they tested a folding BMW mountain bike.

  Just an FYI.

With the current level of potholes and "pot blocks" it would be the acid test for any car.  I'm voting for the mayoral candidate in next election who promises a chicken in every pot and no more than one pothole on every block.

If he runs on the Anti-Pothole Party ticket, I'd be his campaign manager and his chief fund raiser.  In the latter capacity, I'd be camping on your doorstep for a large donation!

I think we passed a tax increase to pay for roads in November.  Way too late, but what can ya do.  I had one so deep near my apartment I was going to measure it, but they put dirt and gravel in it a few days ago.  It'll wash out soon.  I swear the thing had to be 6-8" deep.

There was one by the Richland Avenue Speedway they kept filling in, only to have it reemerge days later. They eventually gave up and put cones around it until getting around to a permanent fix a month or so ago.
