Wow... thanks for the post.  Very interesting sounding facility.  My biggest concern is the town's hotels, restaurants, and other services holding up if they have multiple events going on in a given weekend, plus the lack of other attractions in the area (when talking about the MAC tournament).

Ambitious, that's for sure.
