Did anyone get a chance to go to the Green and White scrimmage?

Here's a funny but somewhat related story. Over the weekend my first grade grand daughter who attended the volleyball clinic before the scrimmage, fell at home and smacked her right cheek on the wall leaving quite a mark. Last night after she had dinner at our house, I asked her what she would tell the kids at school today happened to her face. Without missing a beat she said, "I'll tell them that when I was learning to block at the volleyball clinic I jumped so high that the ball hit me in the face."

Sounds like the kind of kid you might want to start recruiting for the OU class of 2031.

In my opinion you can't coach a motor, desire or relentless work ethic into an athlete. She's got a great start. :-)
