Anyone that’s interested in the Safety and Wellbeing of The Ohio University and Athens Community feel free to message me about what’s currently brewing.
The blame lays squarely with This Individual and Also Ohio for not doing its due diligence. What is going on now is so degenerate and dangerous it is something we fear could explode into a tragic situation.
I won’t post the details here because we know there are several who wish to continue to protect these Monsters but anyone who wants incite on this ticking time bomb in our community feel free to reach out.
People need to know how BAD things are with this person.

Did he steal your wife? What's the point of this? He no longer has any ties to the University. He's a danger to the Athens community? Okay... he's a civilian and the police can handle any of your grave concerns.

He is ESCALATING his MISBEHAVIOR and it should be REPORTED EVERY WHERE HE WAS ONCE HERALDED.

Let's give credit where it's due. He was the first one to enlighten us that there was a problem with the former head coach. I believe he did this about a month before anything official came out from the administration. He may have a unique way in presenting this information, but he did know that there was a problem in river city before any of the rest of us. So, it's certainly possible that this warning may indicate more problems to come and that they may be a little broader than what was released by the university at the time of the "for cause" firing. Many here thought the facts revealed were not enough to justify a "for cause" firing, but you'll note that the threatened lawsuit to challenge the firing has yet to be forthcoming. That might be telling.

I have no reason to doubt the info presented so that's definitely a serious concern. Further issues with Smith will for sure be a black eye for the university just like any former employee or athlete that gets in serious trouble is mentioned as "former coach/athlete of..." is a black eye. Truly hope for all involved that this gets resolved without further issue and all move on.

Final point...it's surprising to me a graduate (I assume) of our university has such a complete misunderstanding how information is presented impacts how it is received. If you communicate with immaturity on such a serious issue your message won't be taken seriously, simple as that. Type out messages like an adult and they'll be received differently.
