Here's hoping we're recruiting OSU's 2nd & 3'rd string players who want to start for the Bobcats ! Heck, Athens is just 60 miles south of Columbus anyhow.

If I were an OSU player returning, I would announce today something to the effect of "I am entering the transfer portal today in hopes of playing for a fan base that doesn't desert us and swear us off like 75% of the OSU fan base did in early December."

247 seems to show only one player (TE) has yet to declare a new team.

Yes. And they have 3 in there. 2 already committed. Devin Brown to Cal and Mitchell Melton to Virginia.

You don�t need the �portal�, you can literally just state you are leaving. However, at some schools you maybe too late to apply

I'm certain we're at a point where that is even more irrelevant than the term "name-image-likeness".

Devin Brown won't be going through the same process as Sally Jones with the 1400 SAT. They'll grant waivers and special circumstances for athletes if they're not already. Maybe things have changed since back in my day, but you could add and drop a class several weeks into the semester.
