Saw this speculation on one board. Anyone think this might really happen?

Just to stoke things a bit:

When I first heard this rumor, I didn't realize that Urban as a UC alumnus.

If it happens it would be a huge mistake by Cincy, given Meyer's blundering at J'ville.

They've got a lot of options. Fans really want Deion Sanders, but the university is doing their due diligence. Kent State's Sean Lewis is also getting an interview.

Just another in a long line of very successful college coaches who can not relate to professional athletes. Doesn't mean he wouldn't still have great success back in college.

Wasn't it was just around a year ago that Urban was considered a bit toxic? If not locally, then nationally at least?

If OSU loses to Michigan again next year, Ryan Day will be out at Ohio State, and Urban will be the next coach of the Buckeyes.

What happens if they lose to Georgia before they get to Michigan again? Inquiring minds want to know.

I think he gets one more year. But if Day loses to Michigan again next year, then he is done.
