Looking for a little assistance in info for road trip to WMU in a couple weeks ...

1. Do they serve beer in Waldo Stadium?

2. Which tailgate lot is the best for visiting fans?

Any info would be tremendously helpful ... none of our group traveling has been to Kalamazoo for football, so we're flying blind!

Thx in advance!!!

If you like pastries I’d suggest visiting Sweetwater Donut Mill on Stadium Drive; perhaps the next morning on the way out of town if that fits your plans. A wide selection.

But, weed is for sale on every corner in town, it would seem. I was recently in Grand Rapids for a the National Encampment of the Sons of Union Veterans (aka convention) and everyone was remarking about the horrible condition of Michigan roads and that every other billboard along the bumpy interstates was advertising weed. The general conclusion was that the whole state had gone to pot and potholes.

That's a shame, especially with the proximity of Bell's Brewery.

Wildly disappointing on the lack of beer ... for a variety of reasons.

But one I'll never understand, why would WMU not happily embrace an absolute influx of cash flow?

Beer sales at Peden have been nothing but a success to my knowledge.
