I heard that our strength and conditioning coach Jake Miller, had taken a job out in LA with UCLA. Assuming that the assistant coaches will take over until they find someone new or promote someone.

Players, coaches, etc are all subject to moving up with the larger than ever and increasing every day discrepancy in pay these days. Hope he got enough raise to live in LA!

Might've been able to take a role similar to Dak - who is now Joe Burrow's personal trainer.

Heard the plan was to roll with current support staff through spring sans Miller and see where they are at. Assuming a new coach gets hired pre Fall camp.

Didn't know that, pretty awesome. Dak is a hell of a strength coach and probably could lead any program in the country if given the opportunity. This gig sounds 1000x better though.
