Sheesh. The worst we did to Tom McCabe (the ref who called the safety at the 4-yard-line) was make fun of his eyesight.

Bunch of morons.

BBN in the tristate are trying to talk it off saying its a small fraction of their fan base.

500+ is a pretty significant herd of idiots.

I live 20 minutes from Rupp arena. They are going crazy over this guy! They think he is out to get UK, and that all of their last tournament losses are due to the fact that this guy was officiating. According to them it is not speculation, but fact.

If they believe that, there's too much Eastern Kentucky spirits being imported into Lexington. That said, if I were part of the NCAA officials group, I'd be sure he's not doing any of their games in the future, just so when they lose, this excuse isn't heard.

Freeking reprehensible.

As a business owner I am always conscious of how many people grow huge nads when they are at a keyboard...we got em here but none, thankfully, on the order of these...

Going on this guy's business website and as fanbase inundating his FB page and calling his biz/touching base with negative reviews with BBB and on his sites is over the top. UK has no balls as they did not decry the action and shame the fans who are representing them

I love this guy. He works a ton of Big 8 now Big 12 games and has been stellar for year. He is not good. He is GREAT...something every ref should aspire to. This is disgraceful. Have watched him forever as he looks a bit like Gruden when he is working the game. Funny how that is with fanbases....I see Butler moving this way ....from a Horizon league peer making fun of how IU fans act to the entitled Big East rep that acts more like IU/UK than how they have been my entire life.

Agree, and the same could be said to the Michigan fan base who sent death threats to the officials on one of their games this fall, even publishing their address, phone numbers and the businesses they owned. Even left nasty on-line reviews of their businesses.
