Anyone have a box score? ESPN stopped counting at 10.
Box scores for all MAC games are similar.

I guess Boals forgot he has AJ Brown. Sitting him this long with no foul trouble is mind-boggling.

Lead back to 13 with Brown sitting 8 minutes. Make it make sense.

Can only assume Boals is protecting Brown’s minutes and easing him back? Tough to have him on bench from 16 minute mark to 10 minute mark.
That’s my guess. Physical game. I feel like he’s been sitting in larger increments than other starters.

MAC lead SBC 1-0 in this year's challenge. Enjoy that bragging right while it lasts.

Maybe a good thing ESPN can't figure out this box score thing. OUr foul shooting, 3-pt shooting and rebounding can't be pretty. Not to mention the number of turnovers.

They keep fighting but just seems to be that hump they can't get over. Bad fouls, untimely missed boards, bad rotations, etc. Welcome to game 1 everybody!

What we really lack is someone to say ITS MY TIME. Someone has to step-up every game and be the guy. Take over games when needed. I think that is something we do lack. Seems like a lot of nice guys who would rather distribute than anyone with a killer instinct. Looking at you AJ Brown.
You answered it for me, thanks! A first option to break the defense down is as important today as it ever was. Balance is great, but there can be too much of it to a team's detriment.
It’s unfortunate when you can call your shot as an excel jockey from home.

Too many role players and no one to take over and get a bucket when we need it. I believe that is four starters with 14.

Dancing around that 10 point mark for most of the late 2nd half here. They’re hitting 3’s at an insane clip, but we need someone to take this game over. JP is the only one getting his nose dirty.

I still have DP Dough and that legendary local pizzeria Do-Mi-Nos on speed dial. Show some respect for the pizza joints!

I don't enjoy the video crew's job preparing the film breakdown on this one. Alternatively, just write, "Defense?" on a whiteboard and that would about cover it.

No one ever had Angelo's number memorized.

I liked how the team came back and made it a game. I’m encouraged. There’s a lot to work with here.

Can somebody explain to me down seven with a minute left and we aren’t fouling? We haven’t gotten a rebound and we can’t stop them. Down three possessions with a minute left….your only hope is to extend the game and start fouling. But instead we let them roll off 35 seconds and make a basket.

Paveletzke, with very small sample size, not looking like the answer at PG.
How about with the additional sample size?

16 points and 5 boards.

With the additional sample size?
