No disrespect to Kent and BG (though disrespect to either is permitted), but I honestly believe this is now the MAC Championship. It's big nuts time.
I could definitely see either Kent or BG walking away with the trophy.
Yup! Anything can happen in the MAC in March! One game at a time. Love how Boals can get the best out of his teams. We are fortunate that OU is his dream job!!

Whoever wins, will for sure have their hands full with Kent playing well and confident.

If we can get by Akron, we can get by Kent.

It's the former I'm more concerned about.

Gonna have our hands full tonight. Feel like it's a tight one that will come down to a handful of "winning plays" one way or the other.

Huge one today. Super excited and nervous for the guys - if we play like we did in second half against them we are golden.

2 early ones on Clayton. Here comes the Wiz.

Hunter with 2 3's that each barely draw iron.

3rd awesome start in a row, but we aren't playing Miami or WMU tonight.

Two quick fouls on Clayton is as bad as it gets for a start.

2 fouls on Clayton already. This already feels like it could get out of hand early. Wiz had better play his best game

I will say, Freeman has gone unscathed on a what could have been a few early foul calls.

That shot Gabe just put up is always a foul if Freeman shoots it. Gabe just isn’t gonna get that though.

Both teams playing good defense. I think if we can get to 70 we can win.

Both teams playing defense and refs letting them play for the most part.

Scoring appears to be at a premium.

Somebody put the ball in the hole already.

2 of 12 with 5 turnovers. And OUr 10 misses haven't been pretty and/or close.

Lucky to be down 2 at under 12 time out.

Clayton isn’t playing the way he has in the past. Going with Gabe makes sense for now.

Two coaches that understand defense wins championships in March even when legs are tired and shots aren't falling.

But somebody has to be able to hit a shot now and then. Miles (again) and Hadaway keeping us alive.

Good minutes on the boards and defense from Wiz.

For this half, he’s just spelling the Wiz. Feels so weird to type that.

Gabe shouldn’t be shooting but otherwise is playing stout.

Von Sosson making sure he is going to leave his fingerprints on this game.

Clayton playing absolutely awful.

And then he hits a 3. About time, I'll take it.
