Appears Duquesne wants him also. Hmmmmm.

I would not worry about Duquesne.

Ohio has 4 official visits this weekend so I hope we can seal the deal on all the 4.

Big early visit for Boals. Securing a commitment from Roderick would be a huge step in the rebuilding effort. Roderick and McDay could easily be 2/3rds of the backcourt for a MAC championship caliber team, after a year or two of seasoning.

Agreed. And I don't feel too bad about year 1 with a rotation of McDay, Roderick, Dartis and Preston.

O$U filled up their recruiting class today, minus defections.

Great start and done with only about a month on the job. Now go get a big man to add to McDay-Price-Roderick.

We apparently beat out Duquesne for Roderick.

Gotta love beating Jim Christian and Keith Dambrot out on back-to-back days.

If Darty returns we still have 4 schollies. We can add some transfers of both the grad and the sit variety.

A 6-5 off guard with long arms that had interest from Xavier, Butler, etc. ?

This commit is 110% greencat approved. Second in two days.

Never any doubt, his energy and intensity are no different than when he played. He is a leader and a worker.

My guess he is including McDay as 1 of the 4 and from what we are seeing on Twitter the 4th one is probably Safford. Just an guess though...nothing more.

Didn't think we were gonna get him this late in the game with the coaching change, but I'm glad we did. Best player in the capitol city of the state sends a pretty big message to everyone.

I see Safford commented to Roderick that this OU class is tough.
