Also holds offers from Portland State, Seattle, Montana, Montana State, and Bethune

Hey hey what do you know, a local kid for me. I haven't watched a second of high school ball in the area, but I know that Rainier Beach is the premier school in this city and state for basketball talent. Constantly sending guys to major D1 programs (including this years #1 ranked recruit Tyran Stokes) and an alumni roster chalked full of NBA players:

Jamal Crawford
Doug Christie
Nate Robinson
Dejounte Murray
Kevin Porter Jr
Terrance Williams
Marjon Beauchamp

With Stokes gone, he will probably have an opportunity to gather some more attention. Jamal Crawford's son JJ is also on the team and just received an offer from Kentucky.

Didn't Rio Adams have a stint at Rainier Beach?

Yup he is from here. Won state championships for two different schools, lol.

Totally forgot about WOUB putting their foot in their mouth about another Anrio Adams being arrested in Seattle.

And he was gone barely a month after this glowing piece came out.
