In his first run as a college head football coach, E.G. is leaning some facts of life of what it's like in the non-P5 world. Dwindling crowds, etc.

By the way, the obscure D-2 team he scheduled for homecoming is 0-8. If he wants a better crowd that day, maybe schedule a better opponent.

I'm confused. The article says that Tennessee State defeated Norfolk State for homecoming. Norfolk State is FCS, and is 2-4 on the year, including the loss to Tennessee State. Attendance was 13,395, down 41% from homecoming last year at 22,651.

Ah, I see that the next game is against some obscure team, Lincoln CA Oaklanders. Attendance for that game remains to be seen, as it hasn't been played yet.
