I could see Parker going to the UFL or CFL to work on his game, whether as a QB or he changes positions to like a WR. Right now, who knows?

The post he put on Instagram after his appeals for another year were denied really sounded like he was hanging it up when it comes to playing the game.

Personally, I’m no expert but I did think he could make a go of it trying to switch to another position.
