Anyone know when things start?

Did a search on Google and it seems like it is all based on the 2026 preseason start date windows set by the NCAA described below:

Week Zero Teams:
Programs playing in Week Zero on Thursday, August 27, or Saturday, August 29 (such as Florida State, USC, and Stanford), are permitted to officially kick off their fall practices as early as Wednesday, July 29.

Week One Teams:
The vast majority of Division I programs that open their season during Week One on Thursday, September 3, or Saturday, September 5, will officially begin their practice calendars on Wednesday, August 5.

OHIO's season opener at Nebraska is on September 5 so we fall into the window for Week One Teams.

I’m thinking early August date. Possibly the 4th?

I saw that Brune is being sent to MAC Media Day w/ Hauser and DJ. Kind of an interesting little tid bit since half the people here thought Rosa was about to become the workhorse.

Will be interesting to see how that plays out.

Also, pretty surprised Polous isn't going instead, if he was picking an offensive player. QB1. 3rd year player. Big as hell. Looks the part and then some. Makes me think that QB race is far from settled, even if he's currently leading.

I kind of assumed it would be DJ + Dukes, or Fries (5-year legend) / Molnar (also 5-year legend) and Hauser would focus all on the defense and deflect on offense until after camp.

Side Note: Do we have some sort of 4-5 year "award"? Some sort of foundation award, golden bobcat, etc etc They should come up with one, if not. This day and age, we're looking at the last of a dying bread. The chances we ever see someone like Fries go from walk-on to ALL-MAC to OU grad are extraordinarily slim.

AJ Ouellette at RB and D Witherspoon on the O line were both walk ons at one time at Ohio and earned all conference. They both graduated from Ohio University. Those are two players that I remember that started as walk ons and earned all league.
