If anyone has literally 1 extra ticket to send my way, I would appreciate it. I have my usual 5 but need 1 more for this one. Unlikely that I will sit in the actual seat.

Win this one and at Buffalo....then whatever happens at Miami happens...3-1 over the last four works for me.

Boy do we owe these guys. Would love to hang a double digit loss on them.

Torvik has it a 79-70 Bobcats victory.
78% chance of victory.

Currently:
OU would play (6) Miami and (2) Toledo (or 7 Kent State)

1) Akron 12-3
2) Toledo 11-4
3) OU 10-5
4) CMU 10-5
5) BG 8-7 (3/2)
6) Miami 8-7 (3/8)
7) Kent State 7-8
8) WMU 7-8

Ball State 6-9
EMU 5-10
NIU 4-11
Buffalo 2-13 (3/5)

For a season that felt like it only had two good teams at the beginning, sure has tightened up and feels pretty wide open at the moment. OU is clicking at the right time. Akron is gonna be tough regardless. They're as tested as any team. Toledo is tough. BG is built to win tournament games. Miami could get hot. Hard to believe Kent State is at the bottom.

Trying to remember a MAC Tournament that is so wide open.

I hope you got a ticket Ruck. I would love to see 7,500 in the Convo tomorrow night! And the coaches/fellas would love it too. Without being repetitive with others' comments, I was so pleased with the excitement with the rest of the reserved tix folks. BGSUcks!

On Tuesday, five of the six MAC games were won by the lower-placed team: #3 Ohio over #1 Akron; #9 BSU over #4 CMU (at CMU); #11 NIU over #2 Toledo (at Toledo); #5 MOFO over #5 BG (at BG); and #10 EMU over #7 WMU. On any given night....

Vegas has it closer at 7.5 but BPI gives Ohio an 84% chance.

This, IMO, would be a devastating loss. We finished below .500 non-conferece and our MAC Championship hopes were basically gone by mid-January but if we stay hot down the stretch then we can start feeling we have a realistic chance in Cleveland. Besides, I'm done with losing to BG even when we have the better team.

BG is capable of beating Toledo, and losing at home to EMU and Miami. I'm not sure what to expect from them, other than it feels like recently they always give us their best shot. Hopefully there's no Akron hangover and we don't drop this one. Let's send the seniors out in style and keep this train rolling.

What scares me is just how bad we are on the road.

I do credit Boals for taking that Cleveland game earlier in the season at the Q to get an extra feel for it.

CBS and the MAC couldn't have picked a worse date for flexing this game to Friday. Tonight is also when a lot of Sectional finals in high school will be played all over the state. Good luck getting semi-local or out-of-towner fans in for this one.

Shereef not walking or being honored tonight is good news - means he's at least "likely" coming back next year.

All it does is confirm he has another year of eligibility.

Which is why I said likely and not for sure. He could always change his mind or transfer. Still bodes better than if he was walking.

This is the first TV home game I’ve seen that looks like it was filmed on a camera from this century.

Is CBSN that more advanced than regular ESPN+ cameras?

Why do we always have crappy Nokia flip phone SD looking resolution?

Geno and Dambrot made sure that will never happen again.

Tht BG game in 2010 was chippy with BG dudes fixing to throw down. Towns will probably be a little testy coming back

Sectional semis in Indiana as well. Thought about going for senior night but multiple screens with NFHS TV watching OHio and IHSAA TV here in IN while we watch the CBS cast and listen to Russ and ROb. It's a good night for hoops but a bad night to be on the road to get to the Convo.
