Also, would Hartline entertain the offer? His brother played there, is / was an assistant.

I think Hartline can do better than Kentucky. Would not shock me if he got the PSU job

IMHO, more likely Penn State takes the Jim Schaus approach and only considers those with previous HC experience. Hartline may be a future PSU coach but not for 2026
