He's been on staff, including as OC for how many years ?

These are players he recruited and developed.

Your post makes it sound like Albin just stepped on campus, when he was named
head coach.

As I said, he's been on the staff, including as OC for years.
His coaching staff has been here too.

What/who are going to change ?

He's been running pretty much the same offense for years.
(Old dog, new tricks)
For how long have people been calling for his head as OC ?

As far as recruiting, there doesn't seem to be any positive signs
of any kind there.

Given the exodus of players into the transfer portal, it seems a number of players don't have confidence in him turning things around either.

Keeping him will only perpetuate the damage to the football program.

"Great shape" compared to who/what? We just had a losing season and have little in the pipeline. Please identify 3 specific reasons / areas of the program that you feel helps categorize us as in "great shape"

Really? From what I see we are lacking at many positions, especially key positions such. as QB. For example, if QB was so solid why did we screw around with a platoon system? You say this as if it is a positive. It is not. We have a staff overseeing a program that over the past few years has at best leveled off and at worst is currently off the rails. Why is "much of the staff is still here" a key to our success going forward from your view?
