The practice facility would also be used by other sports like volleyball and wrestling.

We need someone like this guy.

+1. Arsenio Hall where you at?!

I have an old program from 1976 when my high school played East High in Cleveland. Arsenio Hall is listed and played in that game, but didn’t start.

I'm trying to understand what all the events may be where we need more facilities. I see the pictures you sent. We do have the Ping Center and Memorial Auditorium. The new(er) student center(don't know the name) has a huge ballroom and lot's of open space that could accommodate many events. There are likely several more spaces that I'm not remembering,

The fact that you don't know the name of the student center is a disqualifier for me. How can you knowledgeably argue any point with respect to campus and Athens?

I'm surprised you don't refer to the Convo as the Fred Beasley Center.

I’ve been there and toured the entire place but can’t remember the name. Googled it and nothing came up. I guess I’ve lost what little credibility I have. (sniff)

So it’s Baker Center still. I thought they changed the name when they moved it from it's former location near the College Green. I guess if I were Elon Musk, I should buy a new practice facility instead of Twitter.

You are clearly out of touch and should consider cutting back on proving it.

Make your check payable to Ohio University Athletic Department. In the memo line include men’s basketball practice facility. Add a little more for the omelette station.

Don’t we have the Convo to practice? Just like we have Alden Library to study.

I graduated high school with about 100 people... we had a practice gym.

Must be some little town in Indiana. But after all this time if the administration and athletic department thought it was necessary and important, we would have one. We can debate this all day long, but they are in charge.
