I'm in +1. Driving down from Phoenix on the 29th for the pep rally and grabbed a cheap hotel for the night.

I highly recommend trying a Sonoran hot dog if it's your first time in AZ, especially Tucson. Bacon-wrapped hot dog with beans, onions, tomatoes, mayo, mustard and jalapeno sauce.

You can find them everywhere, but El Guero Canelo is probably the most popular spot. https://www.elguerocanelo.com /

Been awhile since I have been to Tucson, went their as a kid/young adult every spring. Just posting some fun things to do from my many times (10 +). It is a great town with an amazing culture. Always try some authentic Mexican food, mesquite cooking spots, and Sonoran hot dogs. Staying in the resorts in the Catalina foothills has always been something I have done.
