Other than the main directors/managers/associates of that department, I have to imagine the rest are either volunteers from the Sports Ad department or interns who are coming in and out of there on a yearly basis. I think the system they use is not accurate about quite a few items. The "Fiscal Year" calendar math vs when you buy/donate what/when is a mess...... They rely on many 1 year interns and GAs, but the full time people are also looking to move up to better paying schools as well.
