Women's tourney

Would like to go, but can't get away because of work. Was wondering if there is any live stream or tv for the girls tourney. Congrats MAC champs. Go Bobcats

I don't know about the live stream, but I do know I have tickets if anyone is interested. I have 3 tickets for $5 a piece. They run $10 at the Q. I have them for both Friday and Saturday. Let me know if you are interested.

I'll likely go to all the women's games in Cleveland. I think it's the only time I'll be able to see green in the arena.

Reservations made, wouldn't miss this for anything. The women have come so far they deserve some support. I have cheered them on all year and have really enjoyed the brand of basketball they are playing not to mention absolute team effort-quite refreshing! No bus full this year but several car loads have committed to attend. Go Bobcats!

The MAC website is silent (as it is on almost any meaningful info) on TV/webcast plans for Cleveland. I sent a question to @MACSports on Twitter about it and we'll see if I get a response. The ladies will play at Noon on Friday and at 1 PM Saturday if they win.

The Women's MAC tournament semi-final games and the championship game are all scheduled to be on ESPN3 according to that site's schedule of upcoming games.

The earlier MAC Women's tourney games at the Q this week do not appear on this schedule.

It seemed like the teams that gave us trouble later in the season (at home anyway) were trying to be really physical with us. Is that the accepted way to get our ladies out of rhythm? Should we expect more of the same?

Both of Fridays games and Sat game are being broadcast on Time Warner Sports Network.

Still debating on driving up from Athens on Sat. morning....

FYI for those making the trip. Public square is under major construction. Road closures north of the Q at Superior, Ontario, and St. Clair. Just enough of a headache to make your life a little miserable, although it's going to look great when it's done. Lots of schools off today so traffic is lighter than normal.

The opponent is going to be EMU. The last loss was to EMU at home. If they had held court they would already be in. I'd hate to see EMU apply a double knockout blow,
