I imagine this means more Bean at the 2 and less minutes for Stevie.

How does adding sf/PF have anything to do with the above?

Chdndler can play and guard the 3 and 4 in most systems. He is a solid role player that we can certainly use....and he loves to play. Good motor, good BBIQ and solid person.

Maybe JSF is thinking Chandler at the 3 means less RT at the 3 and more RT at the PG?

If that is what he means, I see where he is coming from. However, not sold Chandler will be providing enough minutes to really make that noticable.

I've seen crazier things happen.

Nobody is - He has yet to make a pitch/sell himself. I Always look forward to any players first minutes on the court in Green & White. Ndour's, R Taylor's, Stevie's for a few were all pretty good.....

No, just confusing Thomas with Simmons. Nevermind.

Count me in the camp that is glad for his eligibility, but disappointed in The Lord's current priorities.

LOL, you don't think he's focusing all his efforts on Thomas' eligibility?

Exactly when can we expect this eligible to be eligible to actually play?

It was probably right after putting Cam Newton on his fantasy team.

Happy to have another option, but I've said all along I don't see Chandler cracking the regular rotation without injuries and/or foul trouble, this year or next. Look no further than this quote:

"Phillips said he won't take a lot of transfers but some here and there to fill holes. Said Thomas is a high-character guy. Phillips told him he would back up Ndour this season and that they would potentially recruit someone ahead of him the following year. Thomas told Phillips he just wanted to be a part of the Ohio program."

Not to start a holy war, but just to clarify...Christians believe God is Omnipresent, meaning he is not limited to "priorities." You can of course believe that is garbage yourself, but hopefully that helps you understand that Chandler didn't mean he believes God is putting aside other more "critical" matters for his eligibility.

“Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.

Is he able, but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.

Is he both able and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?

Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God?

If Chandler Thomas is eligible
then why not play Him?"

If religion is the "opiate of the masses" why doesn't God drug test to make sure everybody is hitting the bong of faith and salvation? Isn't he supposed to get pretty ticked off if people ignore all that "worship me or else" stuff he mandated back in the day? Like in the Charlatan Heston movie?

Not going there, as I said we are free to believe whether or not it is true. All I'm saying is CT doesn't think God ignored stuff to attend to his basketball career. End of discussion.

Wait a minute. Not so fast before you drop the microphone.

How do know definitively that is or isn't what he thinks? Did you ask him or are you simply assuming this to be so?
