It is easy to think this board is a microcosm of the real world.  That folks are upset Christian is interviewing/leaving, that it is dragging on, that Owens may bail because of all this.  We all know neither Christian nor Schaus are looking at this board for any insight, guidance or "temperature taking" regarding the situation.  My guess is the vast majority in town and on campus may know he is interviewing (and probably understand the professional reasons why), but are not concerned with the proceedings.  So just wondering what's the word on the street and "Greens?"

I can tell you that my daughter has no clue any of this is going on and is getting ready for Mom's Weekend in Athens (she's a senior at Ohio).

Its spring in Athens, and after a long hard winter no less. If I were still an undergrad, this would be the LAST thing on my mind.

The Post did a Streetview column today asking students what they though about Christian.  Though I don't think each one really understood the point of the question.
