I'm not sure how widespread the views of this were, but it was floating around here in KY in the week leading up to the game and seemed appropriate here -

I can not stand UK and that is due mostly to the fan base (akin to O$U), but I also really can not stand Calipari. Aside from what he says, I do not think Calipari's stay is much longer at UK. I was thinking recently that if Shaka Smart came in that maybe I could give them a chance, but there are still the fans.....

Apart from the entitled fan base at Kentucky, I think there is a wrong message there. I'm not putting down the kids who play. At Louisville, they are the most profitable sports program in the NCAA. They seem to care more about that than anything else. If you read about the Pitino scandal, it was bad. That he survived it and is still there speaks volumes about their priorities as an academic institution.
