I'd never seen game footage from this other than our own highlight package, but the most hilarious thing I noticed - after Tillman's second dunk, he gets a tech for screaming. Might've been at the Maryland guy, might've been for himself. Then TOS goes full Fran McCaffrey livid... at Tillman!!! And not the referee for a cheap call.

I remember KVK as kind of an awkward stiff until he turned a corner his senior year, but this was really an excellent game from him at this point in his career. Hustle plays, offensive boards, challenging shots, matching the physicality from Leon, Jerome, and all of those ACC bigs. Huge momentum play right before the half to come up with the 50/50 ball and hit the elbow jumper.

I was at that game. Sat in the student section with a buddy of mine that was at UMD at the time. Such an amazing game (and win) to witness in person.
The fast start really helped us. Glad they ere able to hold on for the W.
Man we really had a two headed monster in Williams and Tillman.

Great Ohio team win. That was special to watch. Thanks for posting the link ! Possibly one of that teams players have a high schooler ready to become a Bobcat !
