Post activity by each sport on here can be an indicator of which way the fan base leans in this discussion. If I remember correctly at the end of Basketball season last year, with the big dance deep run, and up thru the Groce move decision/reaction threads, the total posts counts of the Football and Basketball pages were pretty even (after also historic bowl win during Football season). Football way ahead now naturally as we have a potentially historic good Football season in progress. And now an expected historic Basketball season just ready to start. So - what do you think? Will the Basketball page pass the Football page in total posts for their 2012/13 seasons, and when? We have guys on our Indiana basketball board who regularly proclaim Indiana is now a football state based on pure attendance numbers and post counts. I think if I sat at Broneys or Cat's Eye and tried to argue that Indiana is a football state to folks who live in Ohio they might just cut me off. never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience. Winter comes and asks how you spent your summer..... I've seen crazier things happen.
