Push coming to shove. Hoops fix on a statcaster is as good as it gets this afternoon. Alas the tension surrounding the game is good for a friday afternoon while I am busy completing paperwork.

Having lost only five league games all season, Wolves are in danger of losing two inside the space of a week when they travel to Sport Central to face BBL Championship leaders Newcastle Eagles.
Wolves were soundly beaten last time out against Jelson Homes DM Leicester Riders and James is looking for a response but appreciates it will be a difficult assignment to get back to winning ways.
“I'm now looking for a positive response from the team which is not going to be easy as we have Newcastle Eagles next” admitted James.
“But, if you want to be the best you have to beat the best and the Eagles are the best this season.”
Worse still, their opponents are still smarting from a pre-Christmas home loss to the Wolves and are also coming into the game off the back of a defeat at Glasgow Rocks last Sunday.
In addition, Fab Flournoy and his team could even wrap up the title this weekend if they beat the Wolves and UCP Marjon Plymouth Raiders lose both of their respective games. However, if the Eagles slip-up and Raiders win both, it’s very much game on and could be a thrilling finale down the season stretch during the last couple of weeks of the season.
Raiders have certainly piled the pressure onto the Eagles having won every one of their seven BBL Championship games during March – something which helped Gavin Love secure the accolade of Molten BBL Coach Of The Month.Raiders will do well to keep the heat on the Eagles since they have a double header on the road against two teams fighting for their play-off lives.
This evening they travel to Prestige Homes MK Lions and on Sunday they head to Surrey Sports Park to take on Guildford Heat. Before facing Raiders, Heat will firstly have to try to give their post-season prospects a real shot in the arm when they visit Worcester Wolves tomorrow night and since that looks to be a very tough task, the game with Raiders at home could be vital. Both Lions and Heat were boosted by a midweek loss for Cheshire Jets at Jelson Homes DMU Leicester Riders and they will be hoping Rob Paternosto and his side can do them another favour by delivering a near fatal blow to the play-off dreams of Mersey Tigers on Sunday.
Another team yet to secure their play-off spot are One Health Sharks Sheffield and they could take a significant step towards doing so when they hosts bottom side Durham Wildcats who make the short trip down into Yorkshire this evening.
never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience. Winter comes and asks how you spent your summer.....
The game loves and rewards those who love and reward the game
