My wife and I went to the Springsteen concerts at the Meadowlands on Tuesday and Wensday nights.
We both had on "Ohio" jackets.
At least 10 people each night said either "Way to go  or congraulations Bobcats".
On Wensday night one guy even said "good luck with your new coach".

Bruuuuuuuuuce.  I haven't been paying attention.  What did they do without the Big Man?

Used to be a ton of students from the tri-state area at Ohio.  Seems like that's fallen off big time.

I think the real accomplishment in this post is that you -- and your wife -- got to go to back-to-back Bruce concerts.

(slow clap begins)

Well done.

Has been paying tribute to Clarence and the late Danny Federici during "City of Ruins." Just added a video montage of CC, shown during "10th Ave. Freeze Out", at the Meadowlands shows. Clarence's nephew is part of a horn section and has been playing some of his uncle's legendary solos. Looking forward to Cleveland show in 11 days and hopefully more in late summer/early fall. Also impressed (and jealous) of back-to-back nights in Bruce's backyard.

My girlfriend is from North Jersey (Mendham/Morristown area) and a few people from her high school went to OHIO. Unfortunately, several went to Fiami. On the bright side, she remembers Fiami as being a safety school for rich kids that couldn't get into a top private school. Always like hearing Fiami and "safety school" in the same sentence.
