Key Quote: "My view is Jim Christian is the girl you date for a while but end up being friends with.  You know, the one not attractive enough to marry, but is cool enough to hang out with you and your friends.  Because the truth is, no one at TCU ever really wanted him to leave, but if you asked the supporters whether they would open their wallets for Coach Christian you would get a long pause and a sigh."

Or the key quote is what they say of Steve Alford.

Some viewed his jump from Iowa to New Mexico as a step down, but he was the one who chose to do so.  Since going to New Mexico, he has led them to 20 win seasons each and every year.  Not only that, he has made the Lobos a tournament team and helped raise funds to redo the famed “Pit”.

Time will tell. I don't think any of us on here can predict the future. You just have to go back to the threads following the EMU and Toledo games.
