I called the Bobcat Club this morning to renew my membership for next year plus make a modest donation to the locker room project. When I asked if other donations and renewals were rolling I was surprised when she told me no. She seemed very surprised at the lack of calls. I know some may be waiting to see if Coach Groce leaves or not but I also feel that we need to step up now for not only him, but the players and perhaps even the future coach if things don't go our way. I gave what I am capable of giving. Some may be able to do more and some less but every penny counts and you have to start somewhere. My first year I gave $50.00 and since then I have gone up based on my ability.

When we talk about that magic "next level" and the fans role, this is where it starts. I am encouraging people I know that have not joined to do so.

As I stated in another thread, I will be upping my contribution this year when I renew my football tickets.  I might even switch to a monthly withdrawal just so that I don't have to remind myself to write a check.

Bumped up my OBC level and signed up for the monthly CC deduction today during lunch.  Got home to find the news of the new Rohr Room and Tower Club goodies in my mailbox.  I chose wisely.

I will be bumping up my OBC contribution this year, to go along with my annual donation to the Track team, and maybe adding a brick to the IPF.

Great job, people.  Do what you can.  Urge your friends to join in.  Get started and grow with it.

It's easily affordable if you build a little corner of your heart into a little corner of your wallet...and it grows as you do.  This is how success is built.

I've been urging my Ohio friends and clients to donate.  You would not believe how many 'I've given enough money to that place' type comments I've received in return.  I almost get angry . . .

I'm going to join on Friday when I get paid, probably going to start a monthly donation as well.
