From the above link: As of July 2010, Ohio U has composted over 263 tons of food waste and serviceware. To me the FACT that our school is in the news, being discussed and gaining a lot of exposure and positive press is a lot more important than worrying about whether there is a "U" on the end of our name or if it's shortened to "OU".

Since I live in Nebraska, I will comment that there is no Nebraska State, but there are several other university campuses that do play sports, though not at Division 1. When making distinctions they are referred to as UNL UNO, UNK, but they are all part of the same university system. Since there is no "Nebraska State", they should probably not be in your list.
