It means a lot that these guys were present, and from reading twitter and facebook, Leon, Tommy, and some others really wanted to be there, too.

On the backs of these guys the foundations were laid. Their jobs in recruiting and buying in was a keyto this run . Glad Coach gave them a shout and credit inthe presser last night. Hard for those guys those dark days in July when their coaches left and they had to set the stage and weather the change. Many programs go through tumult when that happens...Glad they stayed the course and helped build it.

Agreed.  This team did not make the Sweet 16 - this program did.  Thanks to all.  Just the beginning.

Saw those guys around Bridgestone several times.  Had a chance to say hello to Devo and welcome him.

This post got me thinking...has anyone really heard from Armon Basset regarding this years success.  I know he left the program with a bit of a black eye (Or bruised fist), but I'm still surprised not to have heard anything about him.

If I was him I would also be really annoyed that Cooper seems to get all the credit when the 2010 win is mentioned this year.  Though Cooper was an outstanding freshman I feel Armon was more instrumental in our run that year than anyone else, yet his name is never mentioned.

Also in attendance in Nashville was Rick Hoffman, former center from the late 80's/early 90's. He was part of the tallest front line tandem in Ohio history. 7' Rick Hoffman and 7' 3" John Beauford.

He has no right to be annoyed. DJ has done what he is supposed to do. He is a great ball player and seems like an intelligent student and upstanding citizen. If Armon Bassett finished out his college career, earned a degree, and refrained from punching people, then I would say I feel sorry for him.

Agreed. And if Armon would of done those 3 things mentioned they probably would be talking about him a little more.

Imagine getting to your seat and finding him in the row in front of you.
