Where do NYC Bobcats watch?    Posted: 3/19/2012 2:48:04 PM  Just wanted to say congrats on your successful weekend. What a thrill this must be for you guys. I'm a post-2005 MAC Championship UB student (06-10), so I don't possess the same amount of animosity to you guys as other UB fans. I personally despise Akron the most.  I wanted to know where Ohio fans in NYC planned on watching Friday's game. I saw that the listed location was Brother Jimmy's, but I wanted to confirm here. For the first time since 1964 (!!!)--Ohio University has won twice in the NCAA Tourney. And you know what that means--SWEET 16!!!! The Bobcats will take on the Big, Bad, and Currently Hobbled Tarheels of North Carolina. They're a #1 seed, so be sure to come out and witness history with your fellow NY area alumni. We'll be returning to the scene of our previous crime (stealing Michigan fans' hopes and dreams)--M1-5 at 52 Walker Street in downtown Manhattan. It's easily accessible from any subway at Canal Street--and the PATH train. Tip off is scheduled for 7:47p, and the great folks at the venue have again reserved a couple tables for us and will be putting our game up with sound on the big screen. It should be an epic night--hope to see you all there!!
