What is it with AP's Beth Rucker?

Earlier today, I read the preview she did for tonight's Ohio-Mich game. She called Mich "the Wildcats." Some commenter pointed in out and it was changed in a later version. Now this from her story about tonight's game:

"The Bobcats smothered the Wildcats often deadly perimeter shooting and dared them to go inside."
