Full disclosure - I've been deep into volleyball since 1981 when I started what would be a 9 year stint as the varsity volleyball coach at Athens High. Next up - my daughter playing four years at Marietta College. Today, it's three granddaughters playing club ball with the oldest two starting on the Athens High varsity. Now that's not OU but the players on the current OHIO teams started in club, played for their high school team and now are proud Bobcats. Bobcats 2-3 in the match with two 25-27 losses that easily could have been wins. Good showing against O$U with team showing potentional with three who did not play in the fall doing very well.
