Anyone else notice color commentator Steve Addazio has been full of praise for UNLV, much more often than Ohio?

Two cutaways to OC Corey Dennis, who is also Urban Meyer's son-in-law. Add in both Dan Mullen and Addazio were assistants under Meyer at Florida, then Addazio went to Temple and lost in Athens...

I actually think the opposite. The commentators seem to think more highly of our O-Line than me.

If there was any doubt, he ended the first half by questioning an obvious holding call on a UNLV O-lineman.

Dan Mullen was an ESPN commentator the last few years. Commentators shilling for their old co-worker.

The targeting call on Luqman was BS and they should have been more emphatic that it was a blown call, both on the field and (worse) via replay.

I wouldn't know because I always listen to the radio guys, but opening the broadcast with Mullen mic'd up made me roll my eyes. I turned the volume up hoping Hauser would be mic'd up as well, to no avail.

What a day at the Convo.....Wow!

I never pick up on these things. My Dad rants every week about how much hates the Packers and was biased. I just honestly don't get it. Joe Buck has said literally every NFL fan base thinks he is biased against them. The dude last night was very praiseworthy of lots of things all over the field. It's fine.

I don’t think the commentary itself was terribly one-sided. I think ESPN expected UNLV to blow us out and they have Dan Mullen and Urban Meyer’s son in law that they mic’d up and put a camera on for the game.

They still showed Hauser plenty.

The "color" guy was brutal. All he did was criticize the play of both quarterbacks. Unless it was the Bobcats, if he's the "color" guy, I'm changing the channel.

I do think there was some anticipation that this was going to be the Dan Mullen Show, who by the way seemed to realize at some point in the second half how this was going to end up and he just stopped getting pissed off. And this has nothing to do with team bias, but neither announcer knew Angelo Dundee died a long time ago? I just looked it up. It was 2012.

A practice facility with Cowboy graphics. Terrible announcers. A sponsor no one knows. This was the lamest bowl we’ve been in but it’s a win!

Does't matter that much but I felt they were pro everything but us while sprinkling in a thumbs up to the O-Line and Parker. I just muted them pretty much the entire 2nd half.

I agree with Andrew. The color guy was a little biased, but overall it wasn’t bad. I’ve heard much worse!

I was surprised he was as pro-Vegas as he was. His ass got handed to him so much worse in the Mountain West than in the MAC.
