Renaming of the tower in honor of Bill Hess. This will include updates to the upper floors, including a few VIP suites. 2. Concrete repair, resealing and repainting of the east (student side) stands. Obviously, replacement of those stands is not in the cards. $2MM budgeted for this. Not sure if the folks at Atlantic Coatings will be finished with the Reflecting Pool redo by then...
