I think that had we not turned the ball over twice the outcome may had been different.
Thoughts?

The low snap off Vezza's shins that blasted like a rocket into the endzone was a bit of bad luck but you just can't have that. I still don't understand how Rosa didn't recover it for a TD.

What a day at the Convo.....Wow!

I don't know if S.Alabama has a very stout defense but if they are average to most MAC teams than I see some high octane offense by this cohort of Bobcats. I only listened to the game but it seemed like 3rd down plays picked up the needed yardage almost the whole night. I think we do well in the MAC if the tackling starts improving.

As for the bad hike, the announcers said the regular center's helmet came off the play before and so a new center had that pinball snap--that is just bad luck.

It was the bad low snap. That's not on Vezza. If the snap was clean and Vezza fields it halfway decently, we punch it in for 6.

But as noted, we had to bring in a different Center to snap it.

The interception earlier was ugly, but you can forgive that. I'll remember the endzone fumble for a while though.
