38-21 loss tonight at North Texas. Herd did rally to tie it at 7, 14, and 21, before Mean Green ran away with it. Very interested to see what Chuck Landon has to say.

Interesting note about Marshall's schedule: the Akron game started at noon, but pretty much all its other games are late afternoon/night kickoffs (WKU time TBD as of 10/8). Fair to say that plan is backfiring...

According to Chuck, every opponent that Marshall ever plays is woefully inferior to the vaunted Herd.

Maybe he should be calling them out for playing such a weak schedule?

Marshall is just not a good team. I wish we played this year and we could hang another loss on them. I also think is funny how their fans have finally realized what a dumpster fire CUSA is. If the MAC decided to add a couple teams I say let's add WKU and MTSU just to pi$$ them off. Those are the only 2 schools they could possibly develop some sort of regional rivalry with. Leave the Herd to play what's left.

I don't see a problem with this thread. There are other threads about Navy, EMU-Wyoming, BYU-Toledo, etc.

Unless you find Marshall such an offensive topic that it needs to be banned from the board? I do find it offensive but not enough be banned.😊

You would think that a business that, I don't know, uses photographs regularly as a primary means of sharing information would have the ability to:

1) have the quality of photography equipment to take a higher end image?

and

2) Have a higher standard of how their employees are displayed in photo?

Having a terrible mugshot as a reporter is a point of pride.

The "mugshot" photo placed on my columns and my press pass at my first newspaper job was taken at 5:45 a.m. on a Monday the morning after we lost to Southern Miss in the GMAC Bowl.
