It's game week. Work is slow. Sky is blue. Miami sucks.

Bold player prediction: Tarell Basham leads the MAC in sacks and is the first defensive player from the MAC to be drafted.
Bold team prediction: 1) Each of our four running backs will score at least four rushing touchdowns. 2) We lead the MAC in rush defense. 3) Beat Bowling Green by at least 14.
Bold conference prediction: Western Michigan is the only undefeated team IN THE NATION when bowl pairings are announced. Fleck is hired at Kansas.
Bold national prediction: No undefeated BCS teams means there are at least 10 one-loss BCS teams when the regular season is over.

Team: Our defense is top 5 in the nation in fewest rushing yards allowed per game
Conference: No team in the East finishes with fewer than 2 conference losses
Nation: The number of FCS over FBS wins hits double digits

Player: Quinton Maxwell takes over the starting QB role by Mid October.

Team: Ohio has 4 RBs rush for 500 yards or more.

Conference: CMU stuns the West and takes the division and the MAC title.

Nation: There will be a 12-0 vs 12-0 conference title game and it will NOT be a power 5 league.
