I never knew there were different rules for each sport. I never knew there were different rules for each sport. Some of he rules, unless I'm mistaken, are different as a result of the pro league's choices. As for being able to test the waters, I don't see why they couldn't allow for that. There are a ton of early entry juniors that have no business entering the NFL early.
