For those who weren't aware (many of you were, but a couple may not have known), three teams this year - Minnesota, Nebraska, and San Jose State - all got picked for bowl games despite going 5-7 in the regular season.

All three of them won their bowl games this year. Talk about taking advantage of opportunities...
