MTSU had 3 turnovers inside the red zone during regulation. As their coach walks off the field at half, his comment to the reporter was that he wasn't worried about it, because "field goals aren't going to win this game." He was right. Marshall missed 5 field goals total, including a chip shot at the end of regulation to win, and two in OT.
