Just wondering,I don't like that we lost,but at least you knew it was coming and time to prepare yourself.

Losing always stinks, but when you lose big, I think it's easier to recover. No one player can point to something he said and think "I cost us the game". After a big loss, a good team will know they all need each other, and they will get together and regroup, and renew their trust in each other, and get back on track. As an example, I thought of the BG game in 2006.

I voted for losing a close loss on a blown play. The game that came to mind to me was the Miami game in 2012. I don't think Ohio ever recovered from that one.

Attending the 1998 NC State in a tropical storm was the most gut wrenching loss I have experienced. We came in 21 point underdogs and punted to Tory Holt (LA Rams) with about one minute left in the game and we covered the punt and tackled him around the 15 yard line. I then saw the penalty marker for a holding call and had a bad feeling about the next play. NC State blocked the second punt and ran it in for the winning TD as we lost 31-34.
