They showed him with ice on his right elbow. It seemed that Sprague went out at the end of the game on the last drive after a late hit along the sidelines. If I had to guess, the Sprague injury didn't appear to be very severe. It looked like the player landed on him awkwardly maybe after the late hit along the sidelines.
