Most points given up by Terd in a game this year - In The First Qtr!

I sure like the WKU offense.

WKU is where Bobby Pigtrino coached last year. Ironically I attended a Louisville - WKU football game in 1990 at the old Louisville Redbird baseball stadium.

After the celebration penalty that was smart to kick the ball along the sideline.

According to the Twitterverse, the 91 points at half is the 2nd most pts ever behind the 2007 Navy vs. NorthTexas game, which was 49-45 at half (94 pts).

Sadly scoring has slowed in the 3rd quarter. Not everyone can score like Athens HS.

I've seen crazier things happen.

The Hilltoppers have leveraged the power of the fight song - it's strands are haunting Cato. Music to throw interceptions to! Cheer loud and long, old Western!

So far Cato has thrown 4 picks, so in the eyes of the Herd fans, whatever happens now will not reflect the true outcome of the game since turnovers can be excluded from any discussion of the outcome. I'm glad for them that their season can be saved by statistical oddities.

I wonder what heinous event Chuck Landon will compare this game to in a piece that will be eventually pulled offline by his publisher?

Except for Boise State, because their loss to Air Force was legit and totally not due to 5 turnovers.

WKU 67, Marshall 66. Final in overtime. WKU goes for two and gets it. To quote Rob Cornelius "guts".

Chuck Landon spontaneously combusts.
