Anyone want to speculate what our record would be this year with him? He has put up some nice numbers at SE Missouri this year (~2500 yds passing and ~650 yds rushing). I think he looked slightly more effective than Vick in his limited appearances (although with a small sample size it is hard to compare). I know this is highly speculative, but would having the QB tandem be Vick and Snyder delivered 1 or 2 more wins? Or just a slightly more impressive down year? I cannot imagine that substituting Snyder for Sprague in the 1-2 mix would have hurt the team.

I am surprised that this topic has never popped up here.

Seems like a decent guy as well.

This got me thinking about what happened to commit Steve Walsh of Dublin who changed and accepted an offer from BC. I think his Dad was living in Boston so I understand that aspect of his decision along with an opportunity in a larger conference.

It appears that since leaving the program he has stayed at BC to concentrate on his twitter account. https://twitter.com/j_walsh16

I always thought that the Walsh situation was essentially the cost of doing business for the 'cats. Get a verbal commit from a top QB and if he has a great senior year he may not honor it. I would not have been surprised if Duckworth had remained healthy and had a great senior year he would not have come to Athens. I would prefer they keep this strategy up rather than focus on QBs who will definitely honor their commitments.

The other QB that transferred was Ronnie Bell, who ended up at Georgia State. His stats:
2012 34-67-10, 522 yards, 3 TDs, 53 rushing on 32 attempts (6 sacks)
2013 188-375-11, 2573 yards, 15 TDs, 113 rushing on 80 attempts (30 sacks)
2014 3-11-0, 29 yards, 0 TDs 8 rushing on 5 attempts

You'd have to think he'd have done somewhat better at Ohio considering that Georgia State has been one of the worst teams in America during this time period, going 1-10 in 2012, 0-12 last year, and they are 1-10 this year.
